Life Care are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join a brand new Clinical Care Team, if you are passionate about nursing care and meeting clients ageing care needs this will be the perfect role for you, not only will you have the opportunity to work with clients on a regular basis but assist the Clinical Service Manager in building a Clinical Team that incorporates and supports all aspects of a clients wellbeing to support them to remain in the community for as long as they wish while meeting our clinical governance requirements

All tasks undertaken will be under the guidance of the Clinical Service Manager or/and Registered Nurse

About the role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in their home environment, assisting with wound and medication management, provide social support, catheter management, administration of insulin/diabetes management etc.
• Undertaking welfare checks Understanding of the Aged Care standards and Clinical Governance
• Strong documentation skills

About you

• Demonstrated experience as a Enrolled Nurse in a comparable, Aged-Care or Community Setting
• Have a heart for community to support people to embrace life and Live Every Day
• Be available to work in a permanent full-time capacity - Monday to Friday
• Full Australian Driver's license essential
• Experience using electronic medication management and clinical documentation systems
• AHPRA registration
